This time, Shanxi Huiyuan Juice needed steam for ultra-high temperature instantaneous sterilization and aseptic cold filling for steam cracking and concentrated fruit juice production. It cooperated with Dongfang Xuanchen to provide thermal project services. The WNS series gas-fired boilers of Zozen they purchased add a condenser to the tail of the flue. The waste heat in the tail gas of the boiler is used to increase the boiler inlet temperature. The thermal efficiency of the boiler is as high as 98%, which saves a lot of operating costs for company. Dongfang Xuanchen and Zozen decide through consultation that two 10-ton WNS condensing gas-fired boilers will be installed for Shanxi Huiyuan Juice.
